Fire Guard Pro

Fireguard 200 TDS
Fire retardant coatings are often required to protect a wide range of products of both flammable and nonflammable against fire. It is an oldest, most efficient, and easiest method to apply any surface without modifying the intrinsic properties of materials. Moreover, the initial phase of fire always occurs on the surface by ignition, and hence, it is important to concentrate on the surface protection of a material. Being an organic nature of conventional surface coating will burn easily and generate smoke and toxic fumes, which may not be suitable for application where fire protection or fire prevention is required. Reaction-to-fire and/or resistance-to-fire are to be considered for assessing both flammable and non-flammable material by using fire retardant and fire resistant or fire protective coatings. The degree of fire retardation use to be mainly dependent on the coating thickness, substrates, and efficiency of formulations.
FireGuard Pro 200 is a high solid 2 K coating based on a synergistic mixture of aspartic ester resins and polyols. FireGuard Pro 200 has been developed to achieve excellent fire retardant properties combined with easy cleanability and high UV resistance. With a layer thicknesses of only 150 microns the optimum properties are achieved for fire safety, mechanical properties and weather ability.
FireGuard Pro 200 dries quickly at room temperature. Independently tested at Warrington Fire Gent.
Testing method EN 07930 335243:2007+A1:2009.
Classification report No: 18831B class A2-s1,d0.
Applications FireGuard Pro 200 can be applied on mineral substrates, metal and wood.
FireGuard Pro 200 can be applied to:
Ceilings, floors and walls in communal rooms
Stairwells and Facades.
Tanking Membrane Applications
Our Specialist Spray-applied Polyurea coating systems protect steel pipes and concrete from chemically corrosive elements and can be applied during the construction phase or when refurbishment is being undertaken.

Our seamless spray applied coatings are impervious to many chemicals in use throughout industry, including Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrochloric Acid, Diesel Fuel and Ethylene Glycol.
The chemical bund lining coatings are professionally applied by our trained applicators using specialist high pressure plural component application equipment. The speed and ease of our tanking membrane allows large surface areas to be coated in a very short time providing the fastest return to service.
